STEPS ON HOW TO REPLACE VERSALINK B400 DRUM
1 - Open the Front Door of the printer (the big door with the indention to pull)2 - Unlock the toner from the drum, by pushing this button. Push until you hear it click into the unlocked position.3 - While holding the Xerox drum cartridge in place (with one hand), grasp the handle for the toner cartridge (with another hand) and pull it towards you to remove it from the drum cartridge.
Set the toner cartridge aside. - You will need this for later.
4 - Remove the drum cartridge from the machine by pulling on the cartridge handle (firmly) and then squeezing the yellow colored handle. Recycle the used cartridge. Save a tree today!5 - Remove the new drum from the plastic wrapping and then carefully remove the protective shield from the drum (usually a bright orange plastic piece).6 - Insert the new cartridge into the machine. You will hear it click into position.7 - Remember that toner we told you to keep? Now reinstall the toner cartridge into the drum cartridge (toner inception). Make sure the toner cartridge is installed all the way.8 - Slide the toner cartridge lever down to the locked position.9 - Close the front door, Steve!
