This may not be a benefit that you have access to if you outright purchase a small business copy machine. The other benefit is that you know you can go up the chain of command if you ever need to escalate a customer service situation. You are guaranteed to find somebody that knows how to deal with whatever problem you may be having. Leasing can seem like a more expensive option, but you will be paying for peace of mind as well as having a guarantee that an essential piece of office equipment won't give out on you when you need it most.
