Recently, one of our customers had an issue when scanning in TIFF files to their server. We were able to resolve the issue with the below scenario.
The Problem:
Customer scanning in TIFF files to server. If the customer scans in a document that has 15 pages, each page is being saved individually. On the Xerox C60, under the scan format settings, the box is unchecked to save each page individually.
The Solution:
Turns out the TIFF file format needed to changed from TIFF V6 to TTN2. These are the steps it too in order for multipage scans to scan as a single, multipage file:
- Log in as admin on printer
- Press 'Machine Status'
- Go to Tools -> Scan Service Settings under Group -> Other Settings under Features
- Highlight 'TIFF Format' and tap on 'Change Settings'
- Tap on 'TTN2' and Save
